By using Gabay you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We have kept them short and plain.

Use of the site

Gabay provides free, general information about Philippine government services. You may read and share our guides for personal, non-commercial use, and link to them freely. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it at scale, or republish our content as your own.

Information, not a service

We only publish information. We do not process applications, sell slots or documents, act as fixers, or handle your money or personal data. The actual service always happens on the official government portal, which we link to in each guide.

Accuracy and changes

We verify guides against official sources and update them, but government processes and fees change. See our disclaimer. We may change, update or remove content at any time without notice.

Not affiliated with government

Gabay is independent and is not connected to the NBI, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, PhilSys/PSA, BIR, the DFA, or any bank. Any names or portals are referred to only to explain how to use the official service.

No warranty and liability

The site is provided “as is.” While we work hard to be accurate, we cannot guarantee every detail is current at the moment you read it, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information here. When in doubt, rely on the official portal.

Your safety and conduct

Never share your ID number, OTP, password or PIN with anyone, and do not use Gabay to attempt anything unlawful. Report suspected fraud using our reporting guides.
