We welcome corrections and feedback. If a step, fee or link in any guide looks out of date or wrong, tell us and we will check it against the official source and fix it. Reader corrections are one of the main ways we keep Gabay accurate.

How to reach us

Email hello@getgabay.com. To help us act quickly, please include the guide’s title or link and exactly what looks out of date — for example, “the fee in step 3 has changed” or “this portal address now redirects somewhere else.”

What to expect

• We read every message and prioritise reports about wrong fees or links, because those cost readers money.
• When we update a guide, we note the update date on the page.
• We cannot reply to every message individually, but we do act on accurate corrections.

What we cannot do

• We are an independent information site, not a government agency — we cannot process your NBI/SSS/Pag-IBIG/PhilHealth application, release an ID, book a slot, or access any official account for you.
• We are not “fixers” and we do not sell appointment slots or documents.
• For the actual service, always use the official government portal linked in the relevant guide.

Please stay safe

Never send us — or anyone else — your ID number, OTP, passwords or card details. We will never ask for them. No genuine agency or bank asks for your OTP or PIN.
