How to Register with PhilHealth Online

Register with PhilHealth from home by filling out the online PMRF through the official member portal, and receive your permanent 12-digit PhilHealth Identification Number by email.

Step by step

1. Go to the official siteType philhealth.gov.ph directly into your browser and open the Member Portal at memberinquiry.philhealth.gov.ph. Confirm the address reads exactly philhealth.gov.ph before entering any details.
2. Start registrationClick Register or Create Account, read the terms and the data privacy notice, then click Proceed to open the online PMRF.
